On this occasion we are talking about a project for science and medicine sector, manufacturing a support for the neuro-rehabilitation, thanks to a company specialized in scientific solution.
Our engineering department suggested the design improvement and the adaptations of the necessary requirements for the final use.
The result: an ergonomic design that improves usability and comfort, respecting the body posture and adapting the measures to smaller spaces so patients could place it in their house.
In addition, during the production process we obtain more than 90% use of the material avoiding like these wastes.
Regarding the materials, we proposed the use of a material with good resistance to high temperature, to fire, to abrasion, to chemical agents, to corrosion or to humidity, as well as it can optimizing the process for the production.
The aesthetic line of its structure, provides the visual comfort, avoiding being ostentatious, without highlighting in front of the device, which is placed on the support, which enables the rehabilitation.

Reduced measurements for their placement in the hospitals, rehabilitation centers and in homes.
Un adequate design for the treatment of patients with brain damage, cerebral palsy. Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and ataxia, among others.
The Maniplastic team took up this challenge with eagerness, hoping to make a contribution, once again, to the evolution of science and medicine.
