What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the express consent expressed by the user in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR, through the selection of the check box on the form where you verify your consent.
How long do we keep your data?
We only store users’ personal data for as long as we need it in order to be able to use it for the purpose for which it was collected, and according to the legal basis for processing it. We will retain personal data for as long as there is a contractual relationship with the user and as long as the user does not exercise the right to erasure, cancellation and/or restriction of the processing of personal data.
In the case of personal data provided by the data subject when submitting his/her curriculum vitae, the maximum storage period is two years.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
