Personal data that users may provide:

Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Collection of CVs for future selection processes within the company. (With the consent of the interested party, art. 6.1 a GDPR)

• Social media management. MANIPLASTIC S. L. has the following profiles on the main social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blog, etc.). It acknowledges that it is responsible for processing the data of users, followers, or people who post comments on these platforms. Likewise, in accordance with the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, MANIPLASTIC S. L. is exempt from any liability arising from comments made by users and followers on its social media. (For the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR) MANIPLASTIC S. L. may use the profiles described above to inform users of topics it considers to be of interest to them.

Data retention period
If you ultimately contract our services, the data for customer relationship management, billing, and collection of services will be retained for as long as the contract is in force. Once this relationship has ended, where applicable, the data may be retained for the time required by applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the contract have expired. Statistical reports relating to market research may be retained indefinitely, although they do not include personal data.

No communication of personal data to third parties is envisaged except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom MANIPLASTIC S. 2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to MANIPLASTIC S. L. is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.

MANIPLASTIC S. L. will adopt the appropriate technical and organizational measures in its information system, complying with the principle of proactive responsibility, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the stored data, thus preventing its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, and risks associated with the processing of the data as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity associated with each of the processing operations.
